a. The Sofa Frame Lifetime Guarantee ("Guarantee") covers the structural integrity of the sofa frame for the entire lifespan of the product.
b. This Guarantee is applicable only to the original purchaser of the sofa and is non-transferable.

2. Qualifying Products
a. The Guarantee applies to all sofa frames purchased from NiX by Nicola Harding in the United Kingdom.
b. Excluded from this Guarantee are normal wear and tear, upholstery, cushions, and any damages resulting from misuse, alterations, or unauthorised repairs.

3. Guarantee Activation
a. The Guarantee is automatically activated upon the purchase of a qualifying sofa frame.
b. No additional registration or fees are required for the Guarantee to be valid.

4. Scope of Guarantee
a. NiX by Nicola Harding guarantees that the sofa frame will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
b. Defects covered include warping, breakage, and structural damage that impairs the functionality of the sofa frame.

5. Exclusions
a. The Guarantee does not cover damages caused by accidents, negligence, abuse, or any use of the product inconsistent with the care instructions provided.
b. Damages resulting from environmental factors such as exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or sunlight are not covered.

6. Claim Procedure
a. To make a claim under this Guarantee, the original purchaser must contact NiX by Nicola Harding Customer Service at NiXCS@nicolaharding.com with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
b. NiX by Nicola Harding reserves the right to inspect the sofa frame and determine the validity of the claim.

7. Remedies
a. If a defect covered by the Guarantee is confirmed, NiX by Nicola Harding will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective sofa frame.
b. If the original sofa frame is no longer available, NiX by Nicola Harding may provide a substitute of equal or greater value.

8. Limitations
a. The Guarantee is limited to the sofa frame and does not cover any associated costs, including but not limited to shipping, labour, or transportation.

9. Governing Law
a. This Guarantee is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

10. Modification or Termination
a. NiX by Nicola Harding reserves the right to modify or terminate the Lifetime Guarantee Policy at any time. Any modifications will be effective for future purchases and will not affect claims made under existing Guarantees.
